Jake Hofer

Jake is a lifelong whitetail hunter, passionate land steward, and Illinois native. One of his earliest memories is bottle-feeding fawns in the backyard on his family’s small deer farm.

Growing up in the heart of farm country, he developed a deep respect for the land and an obsession with understanding how mature bucks relate to habitat.

That passion led him into the outdoor industry, where he’s spent the better part of a decade creating content and working as a licensed land agent - helping others pursue their land ownership and hunting goals.

Jake is the host of The Land Podcast, owner of Whitetail Master Academy, and former co-owner of Exodus Outdoor Gear. A brand known for Whitetail Cribs, expert interviews, and honest, helpful content for serious deer hunters.
