One of the many things I love about MeatEater is how much our people help one another get outside in order to live the lifestyle that we are committed to protecting. Every day, I see acts of generosity: teaching marksmanship, lending boats, packing out elk, sharing waypoints, fixing gear, helping with game processing, and giving endless amounts of praise for accomplishments in the outdoors. It's inspiring and infectious. When I need a favor, my colleagues are the first place I go. And when they come to me, I try my hardest to help.

A lot of people put value on shiny objects and expensive toys, but I find much richer, and deeper connections to wild places in nature. Elk bugles, dark timber pockets, tiny hidden creeks, and quiet mountaintops to name a few. Working here, I'm surrounded by folks who have the same values and mindset, and our generous PTO allows me to connect with the things I love most: family and hunting.

Senior Staff Accountant

As a Senior Staff Accountant at MeatEater, Inc., you'll support the financial operations of our multi-brand media, e-commerce, and wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is looking to grow within a dynamic accounting team. Your work will directly support accurate financial reporting and provide valuable insights as we continue to scale.

Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator actively collaborates with Operations, Product Development, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to execute on demand forecasts, create transactional records, and support the Sales Operations and Planning team in driving sales of top-quality product.

Retail Store Manager

We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new MeatEater retail store in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This individual will play a critical role in launching and growing a premium retail experience that reflects the spirit of MeatEater and our family of brands including First Lite, FHF Gear, Phelps Game Calls, and Dave Smith Decoys. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for the outdoors, a proven track record in retail management, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The right candidate will also have personal experience in hunting, fishing, conservation and a general interest in the outdoors.

Full-Time Retail Associate

MeatEater is seeking full-time hourly Retail Associates to join our team at its new retail space in Bozeman, MT. The Retail Associates at our MeatEater flagship store will be responsible for maintaining inventory, representing MeatEater, Inc. professionally, and ensuring that product knowledge is communicated to our customer base in Bozeman. The right candidate will have a passion for outdoor pursuits. Additionally, the Retail Associate should have or be willing to gain well-rounded knowledge about hunting gear and clothing from all of MeatEater, Inc. brands: First Lite, FHF Gear, Dave Smith Decoys, Phelps Game Calls, and the MeatEater brand products. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in retail or similar industry.

Part-Time Retail Associate

Financial Analyst

MeatEater, Inc. is seeking a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Company by providing accurate financial analysis, preparing reports, and helping with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position will collaborate with various departments and brands to ensure that strategic decisions are data-driven. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and a passion for the outdoor industry.

Human Resources Manager

MeatEater, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team here in Bozeman, MT. As an HR Manager at MeatEater, you will have the opportunity to work across five phenomenal outdoor brands and among some of the most talented professionals in the outdoor industry. The HR Manager will act as the HR lead reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This person should be a dynamic and ambitious individual, willing to both manage and execute on HR strategy and initiatives.

Wholesale and Retail Marketing Coordinator

The Wholesale and Retail Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across wholesale and retail channels. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing within the outdoor industry.

Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for maintaining MeatEater’s best-in-class customer service reputation by leading all customer service operations across First Lite, FHF Gear, Phelps Game Calls, Dave Smith Decoys, and the MeatEater Store. This role combines day-to-day team leadership with strategic process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all brands.

Sales Operations Coordinator

Senior Product Developer

MeatEater, Inc. is seeking a highly-motivated and creative person to join our team as a Senior Product Developer. The ideal candidate should have a passion for and extensive experience with creating next-level, highly technical, waterproof, breathable, windproof, insulated outerwear utilizing a variety of materials. This experience should also include knowledge of other categories, including knits, base layers and non-apparel items, such as packs, gloves & bags. Candidates must possess exceptional technical expertise in advanced garment construction, fit, pattern making, and textile development while also being able to combine these skills with a progressive mindset that seeks to create unique, thoughtfully designed, differentiated products that deliver with purpose and versatility.
